This dynamic correlated with a decrease in overall buyer traffic during the winter and spring with Q1 and Q2 sales numbers off of 2018 results. That said, as overall volume for sales declined slightly, the average sales prices have increased. Below is a comparison of 2019 vs 2018 Q1/Q2 market performance.

Number of Homesites = 4
Average price of homesite sales = $290,000 vs. $197,335 over same period in 2018

Average home price = $2,780,305
